Hitler's Win is a scenario in which Nazi Germany wins World War II.

This alternate history departs from the history in several ways:

  • Germany did not become a republic in 1918, and Wilhelm II continued as the Kaiser until his death in 1941.
  • The Spanish Civil War ended seven months earlier than the OTL, although it was even more brutal on the part of the "reds".
  • Albert Speer is appointed minister of arms in 1939.
  • Hitler waits until the defeat of the United Kingdom to invade the USSR.
  • Japan is never a party to the Tripartite Pact. The Francoist Spain is the third part.

Operation Sea Lion[]

In September 1941, German forces invaded the United Kingdom.

In 1942, the Operation Barbarossa was highly successful and the Soviet Union was pushed back to Moscow, and after the Battle of Moscow, the Soviet leadership fled to Ufa, a city in southern Russia near the Urals. The German Army pushed back to that point and besieged the city for several weeks before it was captured, and Stalin was killed. The surviving Soviet government, now led by Molotov, fled beyond the Urals to Omsk and continued the war.

The German forces continued fighting Soviet partisans in a guerrilla war in Russia, and then used ethnic groups to strike from the North Caucasus into Iraq. They granted Turkestan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine and the North Caucasus independence from the new Russian Empire, the Nazi puppet state overseeing former Russian territory.

Operation Barbarossa[]

On 12 June 1942, the German Army began an invasion of the USSR. It was caught off guard, and the defenses of the Soviet Union were unable to stop the German advance. Much of Belarus and Ukraine were taken within the first week, with the help of Germany's allies, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, Slovakia, and Spain, and of volunteer forces from puppet states as French State, Hellenic State and Yugoslavia.
