The House of Khanenko (Cyrllic: Ханенко) is a princely house in Ukraine and the Russian Empire of Cossack origin. They are one of the princely houses of Ukraine, and one of the ruling principalities of the Russian Principality of East Ukraine.
Originally, the Khanenkos were non-titled, but during the Interwar Period, were one of the many noble families enthroned into the knyaz class, due to the shrinking size of the Old Nobility.
During World War II against the Turkey, many served as military and paramilitary leaders against the invading Turks.
