On the 25th of August 1357 the Holy Roman Emperor Charles VII ,King of Germany and Italy presenting the self-dubbed Imperial Charter of 1357. This charter being aimed at clearly defining the Electors and addressing issues of the Imperial Diet. Need for this coming due to Charles fears of a lack of representation and electors in the empire, as many members begin to get slightly dissatisfied with the Roman empire.

Imperial Diet[]
- From now on all Imperial Diets will be held in the City of Charlemagne, The imperial city of Aachen.
- The all following emperors will be Crowned in Aachen, and will be crowned with the Crown of Charlemagne on his Throne.
- All emperor shall take an oath that they will always act in the best interests of the empire, and that the crown of Charlemagne will never fall in foreign hands.
Additions[]
- The Archduchy of Lotharingia is unified with the Duchy of Lotharingia (Lorainne) and Elevated to the Rank of Kingdom. Thus the Kingdom of Lotharingia is Created.
- A new flag is adopted by the Imperial court for when in time of war, This being the holy cross in black on a yellow golden field with two wings.
- The emperor officially Recognises the Hanse and the Swiss confederation as realms within the Empire.
