  1. Saudi Arabia will be required to make at least 40% of the oil it produces available to the clients in the United Kingdom
    1. If the United Kingdom declines to buy all the oil made available to it, Saudi Arabia is permitted to sell it to other clients
    2. For every million barrels of oil per day Saudi Arabia produces beyond 1 million, it is permitted to reduce the amount of oil available to the United Kingdom by 5%
