Jim Cooper (Napoleon's World)

James Hayes Shofner Cooper (born June 19, 1954) is an American politician who served as Governor of Tennessee from 1999 to 2007 and as US Representative for Tennessee's 4th District from 1983-1999. A Democrat, Cooper was the failed candidate for the US Senate in Tennessee in 2006.
