João Gerson Doria (São Bento, August 11, 1964 -) is a politician, lawyer and current prime minister of Brazil since 2019 after winning the country's general elections in the same year. He has also been a parliamentarian since 1999, he served as minister of economy in the Jair Walker Busher administration from 2004 to 2009. He has been affiliated with the PSDB since 1990, in 2016 he became leader of the Party and opposition.
