Paul Hubertus van Aller is the 24th President of the Federal Republic of Australie and is currently in his 6th year after being reelected. He is often known as the Australie's Louis Buisson for his outrageous stupid comments which some say got him into office. In one speech on the heavy cruiser Tasman he did accidently say, "...our breast and our brightest." and also saying in one Presidential campaign speech in 2009 referring to the Federal Republic as the ,"FR of A." for more ridiculousness.
