John Fitzgerald Kennedy(May 29 1917-March 25 2003) was an American politician who served as President of the United States from 1961 to 1965.A Democrat,Kennedy pledged to be in office for one term and did so.
Up to 1960 remains the same as OTL. Kennedy won the presidency very narrowly,and pledged to serve one term as president. He is best known for passing anti segregation laws,but his successor,George Wallace,repealed these and as a result,segregation still exists,mostly in the South.
Kennedy retired from politics in 1965 and wrote a book,which became a bestseller. His life remained private until March 25,2003,when he died of a stroke.
