Kasodani, formally known as the Federal Prefectures of Kagerou/Kasodani (影狼/幽谷連邦県) and sometimes still known as Kagerou, is a Republic within Neu Berlin located on the continent of Hakurei (OTL North America).
History[]
Kasodani was established by Satomi Hidetaka in 1503. Later during the Sengoku Era, Kasodani had participated on the side of the Satomi clan.
After the Satomi Shogunate became succeeded by the Mononobe Shogunate in 1631, the local Satomi clan in Kasodani were able to continue governing Kasodani.
Kasodani declared independence in 1800.
In 1858, the nation was renamed to Kagerou, though it was commonly still referred to as Kasodani locally and internationally. As a result, both names were made official for the nation.
In 1893, a referendum was passed, with fifty-five percent in favour of merging with Neu Berlin. Soon, President Imagawa Hideki asked Neu Berlin if they could accept the proposal on the merge. It was accepted, and Kasodani went on to make preparations for it. In 1895, the nation was officially merged into Neu Berlin.
