Kyril I (born 11 July, 1964) is the current ruling Tsar of Bulgaria, the first Tsar of the Fourth Bulgarian Tsardom. He is the second eldest son of Simeon II, the last Tsar of the Third Bulgarian Tsardom. Kyril's reign has seen the expansion of Bulgarian territory through brutal wars with her neighbors, as well as the reconstruction of the city of Istanbul (now renamed Konstantograd).
