Since 1934, the colonies of fascist Italy in Northern Africa have been united in a single colony named Libya under General gouvernor Italo Balbo, a fascist war hero. Already the colony has been expanded into some small border areas. The rich crude oil resources haven't been discovered yet. Instead, ten thousands of Settlers have been brought to the country; in the 1960s, 500,000 are to be projected.
