List of Kings of Luxembourg (The Kalmar Union)

The Kings and Queens of the United Kingdom of the Netherlands are normally dated from the reign of Siegfried, when Luxembourg was a mere county in Lotharingia.

The Counts were raised to Dukes in 1354, and to Kings in 1692. Meanwhile many were simultaneously King of Bohemia, King of Hungary and Margrave of Brandenburg. Until the War of Anglian Succession and eventual loss of Hungary and Bohemia most of the kings resided in Prague and/or Buda and the title of Count/Duke of Luxembourg was very much a lesser part of their lands.
