- Holy Roman Empire (Probably won’t last for much longer)
- Kingdom of Prussia (Won’t last much longer either - they just lost the Seven Years War and their status as a great power, have a huge amount of debt, and ruled by Frederick William I, who in OTL wasn’t exactly the ideal monarch to lead Prussia through a potential French style revolution…)
- Kingdom of France (doing very well in the Seven Years War ... but will it be enough?)
- Russian Empire (same old)
- United Kingdom/Great Britain (The loss in the Seven Years War probably won’t be enough to start a revolution or anything ... but definitely much weaker and not assured of their superpower status the way they were at this point in OTL)
- Mughal Empire (British backed)
- Maratha Confederacy (French backed)
- Ottoman Empire (still doomed)
- Spain (probably still doomed)
- Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth (probably still doomed)
