The National Governship of the Federal Kindom of Canada is divided among three individuals, the Monarch, the President, and the Secretary of State (modeled after the Triumvirate of the Frankish Empire from 1810 to 1917). The President is elected by a series of electoral ridings based on popular vote in the Upper Provinces, Iceland, Cuba and Kentucky, and by the electoral college in the East Coast Provinces to serve a four year term. In 1925, a constitutional amendment was passed limiting the President to two terms, regardless of whether or not they were consecutive. The current and 15th President is Mark Rubio. He is also the first Hispanic President of Canada, as well as the first President originating outside the Northern or East Coast Provinces
