The following is the list of Presidents of the United States of America. In the NE Secession universe, there has been one unaffiliated president, one Federalist, four Democratic-Republicans, four Whigs, nine Democrats, 17 Republicans, seven Socialists, four Conservatives and one Christian Democrat.
50 people have actually held the office of the President of the United States, but one of them, Conservative Sam Brownback, asked not to be included in official lists of the presidents after acending to the presidency after Sarah Palin, John McCain and every above him in Palin's cabinet were impeached for their part of the 2008 presidential election voter scandal. Brownback is technically the 49th person to be President, but Dennis Kucinich officially is the 49th person to be President.
