The Imperial State of West Persia is a sovereign monarchy in the Middle East. It was founded after the dissolution of the Second Sassanid Empire in 1712. This is a list of West Persian monarchs since 1712.

The deposition of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi caused a period of chaos. The pretender to the Qajar throne, Hamid Mirza, came back to West Persia and reclaimed the throne.

Khomeinist Republic of Persia[]
Betraying Ardashir, he executed him and declared the monarchy over and installed a Khomeinist republic in it's place. The republic was soon dissolved upon Shah Khosrau IV marching into Tehran.

Imperial State of Persia (1951-present)[]
The Pahlavi Dynasty was restored after the failed revolution, caused by the East Persian regime. Khosrau IV was restored to the throne, and the capital was moved to Ctesiphon again. However, the Shah was now only a figurehead. The government was now very dependent on the US and the West.
