The monarchy of Vlachia is a constitutional institution and the highest office of Vlachia. The monarchy comprises the reigning monarch, his or her family, and the royal household organization which supports and facilitates the monarch in the exercise of his duties and prerogatives.
The Monarchy of Vlachia was interrupted from 1947 to 1982, when the Dacian People's Party overthrew King Michael and declared the Vlachian People's Republic. During this time, the title of the Head of State was President. The title was abolished with the reinstatement of the monarchy in the following year. With the incorporation of Moldova in 2021, Queen Margaretha has assumed the title Princess of Moldova.
The full title of the monarchy of Vlachia is: His/Her Royal Majesty (NAME): King/Queen of Vlachia, of Wallachia, of Moldavia, of Transylvania, and Banat, Lord of Bukovina, and Overlord of Ukraine.
