Manuela Pinto Vieira d'Ávila (August 18, 1981 -) is a Brazilian journalist and politician. Affiliated with the Workers' Party (PT), she is actual Mayor by Porto Alegre and between 2013 and 2018, state deputy from 2007 to 2013.

d'Ávila was a candidate for the Workers' Party in the 2018 presidential elections against toucan Aécio Neves. He ended up with 41% of the valid votes, where he lost to Aécio Neves' 53%, ending up in the first round.
