Margaret Courtenay (13 September 1569 - 12 July 1627) was the fifth child and third daughter of Anna of Cleves and Edward Courtenay. Her father was a great-grandson of Edward IV, making him a possible claimant of the throne. Her mother was the younger daughter of the Duchess of Guelders and the Duke of Julich-Cleves-Berg. She married the Duke of Suffolk in 1589.
