The Empire of Mexico is a vast nation covering the southern part of North America and all of Central America. It also includes most of the Caribbean.

History[]

Mexico was originally a Spanish possession, New Spain, stretching further north, including modern-day Texas and Aruta. Mexico split off from Spain in the early 19th century, creating a constitutional monarchy. The Japanese Empire backed the monarchy against republican rebels. Though early on, Mexico was dominated by foreign interference, it soon broke away from foreign control and grew to become a major power in North American politics, primarily as a rival to the North American Confederation, and now the League of North American States.

Geography[]

Mexico borders the nations of Aruta, Misuri and Texas to the north and Colombia to the south. The North American Confederation and Florida are separted from Mexico by short stretches of sea.

Mexico is subdivided into 41 provinces and 4 subordinate kingdoms, ruled by members of the Imperial family.
