The Federation of New Mexico is a small landlocked nation bordered by Virginia to the north and west, the Empire of Mexico to the south, and the Kingdom of Texas to the east. The Federation broke away from the Mexican Empire during the Mexican-Georgian War. Its borders were not fully settled until the late 19th century. It is a largely nativist state.
