Nivkhmif[1], or the Nivkh Federation[2], is a country spanning Eastern Europe and North Asia. It is the largest country in the world, and extends across eleven time zones, sharing land borders with fourteen countries[3]. With over 160 million people, Nivkhmif is the most populous country in Europe and the ninth-most populous in the world. It is a highly urbanised country, with twenty-five of its urban areas having more than 1 million inhabitants. Choxota is the capital of Nivkhmif, while Maskuw, the most populous metropolitan area in Europe, is its largest city, and Urla Chry is its cultural centre.

Nivkhmif is generally considered a great power and is a regional power, possessing the largest stockpile of nuclear weapons and having the third-highest military expenditure in the world. Its advanced economy ranks among the largest in the world, relying on its vast mineral and energy resources, mainly oil and natural gas production. It is a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council as well as a member state of several international organisations. Nivkhmif is home to 36 UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
