In No Red October, the October Revolution of 1917 in this timeline is considered as a little failed rebellion because of Vladimir Lenin who dies of a stroke while in exile in Switzerland. That results in the weaker Bolsheviks, who are not able to seize power during the October Revolution, and thus Kerensky and the Russian Republic remain in place. Which Kerensky focuses more on Kornilov thus creating civil war which does not have Bolshevik involvement.
Point of Divergence
Vladimir Lenin dies of a stroke while in exile in Switzerland.
Bolsheviks splinter and weaken.
October Revolution fails and Russian Civil War occurs mostly between Kornilov and Kerensky with little Bolsheviks partisans participating.
