Early death Otto von Bismarck leads to Germany never being unified, thus having a huge impact on the history after 1871.

World War I happened and taken many more lives.

Hitler was not born. Jewish people were not be scattered once again. Some Jews participated (or do participate now) in the politics, some are business experts and take a high position in society all around Europe, especially in Republic of Bavaria.

Bismarck's death current theory

Bismarck gets shot in 1866 and eventually dies in 1869.

Hanover gets conquered but soon later declares independence. Similar fate faces other German states too.
