The North European League (Norwegian: Nordeuropeisk liga; Finnish: Pohjois -Euroopan liiga, Russian: Лига Северной Европы, Liga Severnoy Yevropy; Swedish: Nordeuropeiska ligan) also known as the Arctic Pact or unofficially the Lutheran-Orthodox League, is a political, economic and military alliance of monarchies in Northern Europe.
Following Finland and Russia's expulsion from the League of Nations, the monarchies of Northern Europe decided to form their pact. The League temporarily disbanded in 1989, as Finland became a pro-Western republic, and the Scandinavian monarchies, out of fear, also sided with the West, up until 2010, when the Finnish and German monarchies were re-stored, once-more, under Russian and German aid.
The German Empire also became a major partner state, although is not located in Northern Europe.
