Tynyshdan Enderdan Oltas (Gokturkic: Тйнйшдан Эндердан Отлас, born January 19, 1966) or Otlas Enderovich Tynyshbaev (Russian: Отлас Ендерович Тинишбаев) is a Central Asian and Gokturkian politician was the Prime Minister of Central Asia and Prime Mininster of Gokturkia from 2000 to 2005.
Tynyshbaev, representing the Blue Party of Development and Progress, and a Turkic nationalist, was one of the leading figures in the renaming of Central Asia to Gokturkia, and making the Gokturkic language compulsory in the country. This, if Central Asia and Gokturkia are treated as the same political entity, Otlas Tynyshbaev is the 4th Prime Minister, but if seperate entities, he is the last Prime Minister of Central Asia and the 1st Prime Minister of Gokturkia.
Prime Minister Tynyshbaev passed many reforms that led to the modernization and stabilization of the Gokturkian economy, which during the 1990s, was negatively effected, and still tied to the fledgling Russian economy. Tynyshbaev filed for Gokturkia to join the Chinese political sphere of influence, while still keeping strong ties with Russia, and promoted the mass funding of the STEM economy in Gokturkia. He also underwent a complete and total overhaul of the military, shrinking its size, and signing defense agreements with China and Russia to be able to keep up with the latest technology.
As a result of Tynyshbaev's reforms, a large number of companies opened in Gokturkia, both domestic and foreign (but mostly foreign), giving jobs to Gokturkian citizens. In 2005, he stepped down as Prime Minister and was succeeded by Arsalan Orhanov.
In spite of his economic and military feats, he was also criticized for his antagonistic attitude against Muslims, leading to several controversial mosque-closings during his Government, forming a somewhat neo-Buddhist and neo-Tengrist state in the country. The succeeding Prime Minister, Arsalan Orhanov undid the Islamophobic policies.
He is thus, considered one of the most influential leaders in Asia, as well as the former Russian Bloc.
