Oscar Wilder Underwood (May 6, 1862 – January 25, 1929) was the ninth president of the Confederate States, serving from 1910 to 1916. A member of the Dixiecrat Party, he previously served as Speaker of the CS House of Representatives from 1903 to 1909.
