PASA was founded in 2007 by the Oceaia South China Pacfic States and siberia in 2007 as a way to speed up thier space progrmas. Inodeia joined in 2010 Peru joined in 2015 a. Pasa has been succefull in sinding a probe to mars sending a probe to venus, launching the polestat navagation sattilies systme and launching astornauts into space to repair satlies. Pas plans to start constuion of space station Star abode in 2021. It is predited to be fhished in 2027
