PT presidential primaries, 2018 was the fifth primary election for the PT presidency. held on December 1, 2017 to determine the party's candidate for the presidency of Brazil in Brazil's eighth presidential election after the country's redemocratization. The election was disputed in all the states of Brazil plus the Federal District.

The mayor and former federal deputy of rio grande do sul, Manuela d'Ávila ended up winning over a large part of the party's voters. She ended up getting 10 million votes in 14 states (large part in northeastern brazil) . While second candidate Hofmmann won 9 million in 8 states more D.F. Third candidate Tião Viana won much of the northern region and Acre, getting just 1 million votes.
