The Pacific and Atlantic Nations Treaty Organization (PANTO; Chinese: 太平洋和大西洋公約組織), also called the Pacific and Atlantic Alliance, is an intergovernmental military alliance between forty-one North and South American, Asian, European, and Oceanic countries. The organization implements the Pacific and Atlantic Nations Treaty. PANTO constitutes a system of collective defense whereby its independent member states agree to mutual defense in response to an attack by any external party. PANTO's Headquarters are located in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China, while the headquarters of Allied Command Operations is near Honolulu, Hawaii.

The military alliance was formed on 15 July 1928 as the Pacific Ocean Nations Treaty Organisation (PONTO), two years after the end of the Anglo-American War in 1926. The first main purpose of the alliance was to combat British colonial influence in the world, but after relations improved between members of PONTO and the United Kingdom in the late 1930s and early 1940s along with the rise of communism in eastern Europe, the alliance's focus became set on combating the influence of the Soviet Union - this became known as the Cold War, which lasted until the collapse of the Soviet Union and the eastern bloc in the early 1980s.

Since its founding in 1928, PANTO membership has increased from the original four founding members to 32 member-states.
