Flag of Pakistan
Pakistan is a relatively young state (even if the name - short for Punjab, Afghan Province, Kashmir, Sindh and Baluchistan - was used before that), having come into existence only when British India gained independence after World War II and was split into a Hindu and a Muslim state.
Until 1971, the state also encompassed later Bangladesh, then known as East Pakistan.
Alternate versions of Pakistan have been discovered throughout the multiverse:
- Bactria (L'Uniona Homanus)
- Pakistan (1983: Doomsday)
- Pakistan (Cherry, Plum, and Chrysanthemum)
- Pakistan (A Confederate Victory)
- Pakistan (How many Sixes does Adolf Nazi have to Roll?)
- People's Republic of Pakistan (New World Order)
- Swaraj, The (The Fork in Time) - Joint with India.
