Phraya Phahonphonphayuhasena (Thai: พระยาพหลพลพยุหเสนา, Thai pronunciation: [pʰrá.jaː.pʰá.hǒn.pʰon.pʰá.jú.hà.sě.naː]), 29 March 1887 – 14 February 1947), short Phraya Phahon, born as Phot Phahonyothin (Thai: พจน์ พหลโยธิน), was a Siamese military leader and politician. He became the second head of government in 1932 after ousting his predecessor in a lower house's emergency session. He is the first President of the Presidium of Confederated Assembly and served the title in the monarch as Royal Equivalency of the King follows the royal decision of His Majesty or Royal Equivalency (Thai: ผู้ที่เสมอด้วยพระองค์ตามพระบรมราชวินิจฉัย) after he enacted the constitution of Siamese Confederation in 1932.

Royal Equivalency[]
Article of Constitution of Siamese Confederation of Siam 1932 wrote "The founder of the nation and members of the triumvirate who served the executive power in the country, the king would have royal decision to appoint who serves the members of the triumvirate become "The Royal Equivalency of the King follows the royal decision of His Majesty" and he was appointed the title by Prachatipok, Rama VII after the Constitution of Kingdom of Siam 1932 had enacted.
