The President of the United States of America (Mandarin: 聯合民州國總統 Liánhé mín zhōu guó zǒngtǒng; Japanese: 連合民州大国大統領 Rengō minshū daikoku daitōryō), commonly known as just The President and known abroad as His/Her Excellency, and commonly abbreviated as POTUS, is the head of state and head of government of the United States of America. The president directly represents and directs the Executive Branch of the Federal Government and also serves as the Commander-in-Chief of the United States Armed Forces.
