Prince William, Duke of Bunbury (William Arthur Philip Louis; born 21 June 1982) is a member of the Cygnian imperial family. He is the elder son of Prince Charles, Duke of Sydney and Diana, Duchess of Sydney, and since birth has been second in the line of succession to the Cygnian throne after his father.
William was born at Ellingham Palace as the first grandchild of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip, Duke of Palmerston. He was educated at All Saints' College, which his father had attended as a child. He earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Carolina in 2003.
In 2011, Alexander married Catherine Middleton, and they have three children: Prince George (born 2013), Princess Charlotte (born 2015), and Prince Louis (born 2017).
Alexander's interests encompass a range of humanitarian and social issues: he has sought to raise world awareness of the dangers facing the natural environment, such as climate change. As an environmentalist, he has received numerous awards and recognition from environmental groups around the world.
