The Emperor of China dies without a male heir. Rather than disposing of the rather successful dynasty, many high-ranking Chinese politicians want to make the Emperor's daughter, Xi Mantu, the new Emperor. Others do not think a female is worthy of the rank. Unfortunately, the extremists in Changistan begin acting up again. Xi Mantu leads a diplomatic mission to calm the extremists down, ending the unrest. This changes many people's minds about her. In November, Xi Mantu becomes the first female emperor of China.

No, revolt algorithm is different in that if it is a tie, the revolters still lose half their territory. You would still have to get over 33% to take all of it. And even if you reach this level, the amount you win from a war depends on how long it is, so the war might not have been long enough. If we had a stability table, it would be so much easier.

The problem with tht statement is that Collectivism, like Communism, has nothing to prevent the rise of a Stalin-type figure. Even if a Collectivist regime starts that way, eventually someone is going to seize absolute power.
Collectivism doesn't necessarily necessitate any particular type of government. It would be possible to have a USA-style system of checks and balances within Collectivist culture and economics. It would be difficult to set up, as the old regime would be destroyed and there would be a power vacume with no 'aristocracy' (somewhat) to step in like the USA. I am guessing that the situation on Ireland by the 19th century, under Vietnamese colonization instead of English, would be different, maybe.
The Vietnamese are running a much less oppressive regime in Ireland than in OTL. They have basically realized that they need to keep the Irish on their side, as Vietnam proper is (needless to say) farther from Ireland than England. Not only is the colonial government filled with Irishmen (thus erasing the conditions that created the famine), but the Vietnamese would have sent food from other parts of the Empire if any famine was implied to happen in the future.

Naples states that Brunei expanding upon Neapolitan land claims in Borneo is tantamount to them taking Neapolitan land. It is not Naples' fault Brunei's government was too weak to hold itself together and couldn't attend the conference. Its not Naples' fault that Brunei did not get to claim more land.
Things have changed seen the conference and you have more than enough land and areas to expand into but if Brunei dosent have a strong hold on Borneo Bruneian sovereignty could be threatened and we do not need your permission to expand into an area you dont control so we will do so without it.

Nippon continues to fund medical research, with a young doctor from Osaka called Kōichi Shidōu finding fame, after he conducted a series of researches including looking how people who drank from polluted wells and rivers got ill, whereas those who drank from clean water didn't; he then showed how when people have smallpox, those who come into close contact with the person infected with smallpox would be more likely to get smallpox themselves. He then combined his findings, the work of Marcus Terentius Varro & Antonie van Leeuwenhoek and his own thoughts into his thesis about Micro-organisms and how some of them seem to spread disease. He calls these disease spreading micro-organisms Sukoshini. Dr. Kōichi Shidōu points out that the Sukoshini are too small to travel great distances so they must be carried around by larger creatures to further spread their illnesses; and that they like to breed in dirty polluted places. He concludes in his thesis that the Sukoshini eat the creatures they are living on, and their blood is poisonous so when they eat the other creatures their blood poisons the creatures causing them to get the symptoms of illnesses. Neue Brandenburg expands west by 6000 sq km. Expansion is matched (almost) by a huge immigration rate, largely from Germany. Luis Keller is arrested in Wilhelmsburg and brought to NBC. Weltanschaaung raises an uproar, and by the end of the year has 10000 members. This act creates dumps just like the ones in Vietnam, and river pollution becomes a crime. Do you realise how implausible that is? the population I would give them is maximum 5000, and thats being generous. this is a nomadic people. In quebec i took extremely inhuman tactics to make them sedentary, with extreme determination and descriminaiton, and that took about 10 years. It would be extremely implausible to have those nomads(that travel in no more than in groups of a couple dozen people) form a confederatoin and then expand to incrporate Yukon and alaska in 2 yars! I could do that for the iroquois becasue the framework for tatt condfederation already existed, and all that it needed was centralisation. no nomadic peoples will ever evolve into a naiton-state in less than a year. it takes generations to do that naturaly, and a decade to do that with determinaiton.

Industrialization is not counted as economic expansion for two reasons. It is indirect and hard to qualify. Plus a few nations would be on 60 stability rendering this table null.

Naples continues to fight the Tamilian rebels and the Bharatis. However, in May the rebels seize control of the Tamilian Arsenal, giving them firepower equal to the Neapolitans. The Neapolitan arsenal cannot compensate, as the workers there have gone on strike on account of the economic collapse due to the war. Unable to continue fighting, Naples withdraws all forces from Tamilia and announces that they will no longer fight Bharat. The first recorded creole word used was "mochin," for walrus. Upon the arrival of springtime, they left the island, naming it Songone, derived from a corruption of "song hani," or "circular shallow place in the sea." The word "hani" also describes the Equator, on which Songone is located. With agreements from local Mon governors in the south, who remain loyal to New Hanthawaddy, and other local rulers, as well as Sweden, arrangements are made for 160,000 Polarians to settle in Kunukutu, just outside Kitu, and the surrounding countryside. Thus, the former Hanthawaddy and Swedish colonies in Ecuador, as well as the Colombian Swedish colony and the OTL Galapagos Islands, would be placed under Polarian rule.
