Republic of Minas Gerais (Dona Maria has political opponents in Brazil as well, so OTL's Inconfidencia Mineira might be more successful. still deciding whether this will be a short-lived rebellion or an actual nation)
Republic of Equatoria (A Haiti-style slave revolt in northern Brazil. I'm trying to decide whether it succeeds or fails, both could be have terrifying results.)
A British prison colony in Florida-its the only territory Britain annexes in the Six Year's War other than maybe a few Caribbean islands. Since it was pretty much worthless by 18th century standards I'm thinking about them turning it into a penal colony for those American rebels who aren't lucky enough to flee to New England.
New England allies with Revolutionary Prussia to "liberate" the rest of America. This doesn't go well.
I think with Elizabeth living a bit longer and finishing the job (due to Fritz having A LOT worse luck) and Peter not contracting smallpox, Peter III remaining Tsar of Russia is actually quite plausible, especially if he "remembers" to divorce and exile Catherine right after being crowned. Based on how many times Russian monarchs imprisoned, exiled, assassinated etc. family members for various reasons this also seems plausible. There will probably be many effects this will have on Russian politics but I haven't sorted all of them out yet.
Louis, Duke of Burgundy and the Duc de Choiseul are at least semi-competent. This is good, especially since the previous ruler (OTL's Dauphin Louis) will have caused a backlash against his policies if he...oh never mind, this is too complicated. (I plan on the Kingdom of France surviving, reforming, and being pretty much the last semi-sane nation in Europe...until alt-WWII.)
Frederick William II is sufficiently incompetent to cause a revolution. In addition underlying factors are also favorable: In OTL Prussia got off VERY lucky in the early to mid 18th century, and even then they were still overstretched and nearly bankrupt and barely made it through the Napoleonic Wars. This is even better.
On the other hand, weaker American Revolution means no Fourth Anglo-Dutch War, no Fourth Anglo-Dutch War probably means much weaker Patriottentjid in the Netherlands, which means my idea to turn the revolt into a massive Prussian money sink AND cause a similar revolution in the Netherlands might have to be discarded. Although a war between Britain and the Netherlands might be triggered through other means...there were previous differences over trade neutrality etc....lets say something were to happen to one of the Indian trading companies...
Anything involving the Illuminati. Considering that Bavaria and Austria will both be pretty much failed states by the end of the Revolutionary Wars, this doesn’t seem too unlikely.

Changing the TL name[]
"An Absolute Turn for the Worst" just sounds clunky and doesn't describe enough about what the timeline is actually about, and it would be easier to change the name now while the timeline is still just getting off the ground. On the other hand, I don't have any better ideas for the TL's name .
