The Kingdom of Qaryaat (Qaryaati: Mahlaka Qaryaat) is a kingdom covering much of the region of Greater Jazhari, with colonies on the Maqiri Peninsula and the Kazfara (the area between Draka and Benyisra and the immediate surroundings). According to legend, it was founded by King Muhirat 700 years prior to the reign of King Najrim, often considered to be the first truly historical figure in Qaryaati history.
