The Radiant Progressive Republic (Siochish: Sijoča napredna republika) is a state and country in southern Europe in the western part of the Balkan Peninsula. It is bounded by the Mediterranean Sea to the west, the Republic of Venice to the northwest and Slovania to the north, and the Balkan Wildlands to the east and south. It is an economically and militarily strong country, one of the most progressive countries in the human world, a hybrid of worker representation and technocratic oligarchy with a strong role of the state in culture and economy. The history of this state begins in 17 AA when the Radiant Progressive Syndicate was founded in Ljubljana, which quickly began a war of ideas with Croatian gangs, who were declared fascist ustasha because they were conservative, religious and engaged in robbing honest people. So by the year 25, the Syndicate had already controlled significant territories, and its engineering elite, along with the workers who had recently fallen under their rule, proclaimed the creation of a state, creating the Republic as it still exists today. The republic then continued its colonization of the Balkans and had to face attacks from Venice, which it successfully repelled thanks to the establishment of an industrial military base producing tanks and planes. Now one of the state's goals is to colonize the Balkan Wildlands, and its relations with its neighbors are still hostile. The Radiant Progressive Republic is now known as one of the few countries in Europe with a high standard of living, a planned economy, and cultural traits like the sponsorship of unborn children and artificial insemination of volunteer mothers by the state.

The form of government of the Radiant Progressive Republic can be described as a unitary parliamentary republic with elements of technocratic oligarchy and limited pluralism. The supreme authority in the country is the Supreme Council, which is the legislative and controlling body and the body that forms and manages the executive branch. The Supreme Council consists of two chambers: the upper House of Scientists and Engineers and the lower House of Workers. The House of Scientists and Engineers is formed through elections in the country's scientific institutions, which include all those under the Ministry of Science and Technology, and includes institutions such as institutes, laboratories, academies, science centers, and other special institutions such as engineering associations. The number of members of the House of Scientists and Engineers depends on the number of scientific and engineering institutions in the country, so it varies, and only people with scientific knowledge in the sciences, humanities and engineering, such as bachelors, associate professors and doctors, are eligible. The members of this house have an imperative mandate, as in the case of a more competent person in a scientific institution, the one who is represented in the house is replaced. The House of Workers is the lower house, which is formed according to the industrial principle, where workers in factories, mills and service establishments elect a delegate from each town with the nearest villages. These elections take place every four years in two tiers: first the workers elect city representatives directly at their workplaces, and then the city representatives elect delegates from among themselves to the House of Workers. The two chambers of the Supreme Council sit in the same building but in different rooms, and have a single President of the Supreme Council. The Supreme Council adopts laws, decrees, bylaws, and executive acts, and forms the executive and judicial branches of government. Any of the chambers can propose a bill or act, the decision is made through voting on the principle of absolute majority, and for the final adoption of the decision must be approved by both chambers and signed by a majority of the members of the Council of Doctors of the Republic. The Supreme Council elects the Council of Doctors of the Republic, a collective body that is the head of state. It is elected from scientists and engineers with doctoral degrees, and its members are called Doctors of the Republic. Their number can be from 5 to 20, but usually the Supreme Council elects about 10 people, but it can add more or remove Doctors at any time, and the emphasis in the election is on competence and managerial ability, so they try to choose people with as many different fields of knowledge as possible. The Council of Doctors of the Republic signs laws and other decisions made by the Supreme Council, it has unlimited veto power and may override them if they are not rational or may have unintended consequences. However, during the absence of the Supreme Council, when the delegates are on vacation, the Council of Doctors of the Republic assumes all the powers of the Supreme Council, including making laws and forming the government, except the right to amend the constitution, in order for the state to function uninterruptedly. When the Supreme Council reconvenes, the Council of Doctors shall report to the Supreme Council on its activities, and the Supreme Council may override the decisions of the Council of Doctors of the Republic. Decisions in the Council of Doctors of the Republic are made through the consent of the majority of the members. Also, the Supreme Council (and during its absence the Council of Doctors of the Republic) elects the Council of Ministers, which is an executive body headed by the Chairman, but it has no autonomy, and its activities, including personnel policy and economy, are based on the decisions of the Supreme Council. The Radiant Progressive Republic has a planned economy, which is managed by several ministries, as well as planned childbirth, which is managed by the Ministry of Childbirth. Childbirth takes place in this way: first the state selects the right male gametes, then searches for the most suitable ones among female volunteers, and fertilizes them. This is necessary so that women are free and do not suffer from carrying children, so that LGBT people are not sad to see others have children and so that the children themselves are normal, without hereditary diseases and inclinations. The upbringing of children is also the prerogative of the state alone, and ordinary people cannot raise them, because children should be raised by intelligent and moral professionals, such as psychologists, who are selected in scientific institutions, so that children do not have mental problems, psychological complexes and mental illnesses, have a spirit of collectivism, kindness and rationality. The country promotes gender equality and diverse genders, gender equality, and gay parades. There is free education and free gifts from the state to the poor. The state system of the Radiant Progressive Republic, according to external observers, ensures equality and incredible wealth of citizens by modern standards, as well as a high standard of living, education, low levels of disease and tolerance.
