Few men have had such a massive effect on the history of the 20th century, as Tsar Alexei II of Russia. Not only did he restore the Russian monarchy, after the rule of the communists, he also reinvigorated the Russian Empire and allowed it to become the dominant force on the European continent, with the isolated Britain its only rival. Despite his achievements, the Tsar suffered an early death due to chronic hemophilia on April 12th, 1946, but with the peace of the world assured.
