The Republic of Siberia is a fictional nation set in the timeline of A Stalemate in Siberia where Russia was divided between the Soviet Union and the Republic of Siberia which is lead by Alexander Kolchak after the an inconclusive Russian Civil War was concluded.

1922[]
In the year 1922, the Republic of Siberia was founded under the treaty of Moscow which ended the Russian Civil War in a stalemate. Although, peace finally prevailed tensions within the Ural Mountains and Caspain borders are still high between the Communists and Anti-Communists. The first leader of the Republic, Alexander Kolchak sought to reform the new state into semi-republic and hopes to implement laws that strictly obeys the Orthodox religion.

Siberia's government is far from complicated and simply revolves around the same mechanism as today's democratic governments with an exception of no upper house nor lower house and just one house in the legislative branch which is the Duma National Assembly. Moreover, Siberia's courts are of 3 stages. The Low Courts is the one who tackles forgivable and minor criminal offenses such as obstructing, drunk driving or any non-heavy cases. The second level of courts is the Upper Courts. The upper court handles mild criminal offenses from stealing up to assault or battery. The last and highest level of court is the Grand Courts. They handle either major felonies or sentencing. As for public services, the Siberian National Police is the largest and main internal security forces of the state that handles law enforcement and internal security measures. Assisting the National Police is the National intelligence Service which is tasked with tackling crimes against the state, any attempts of disrupting peace through large-scale acts and/or counter-terrorism and espionage.
Armed Forces[]
The Armed Forces of Siberia is a force to be reckoned with. Highly trained in the Ural Mountains and the harsh terrain of winter they are mainly realm defense forces who acts as border guards and assist the National Police or the Intelligence Service in tackling internal problems. The Armed Forces numbers around 124,000 active personnel in the army, 23,000 in the naval service and 16,000 in the air force. Reserves total about 40,000.
Religion[]
The official religion of the Republic of Siberia would be Russian Orthodoxy. Religion would play a major role in shaping the state as it inspires the laws in which the state relies on for order like any other countries. This means that the Siberian State does not tolerate homosexuality or any unnatural things they consider. 90% of the population of Siberia are also Orthodox's with approximately half of that being non-religious but still believes in the Orthodox fate.
