Government[]
Bi-cameral. Two thirds of the lower house is elected directly from the administrative divisions and the rest through a system of proportial representation. The upper house is composed of representatives of various groups (industry, education, ecclesiatic, etc...) that are elected by members of their resepective corporation.
The Executive is the Council of State made up of at least 6 ministers: justice, foreign affairs (include communication), the interior, public worship & education, war and finance.
A State Court composed of judges that have the approval of both houses serves as guardian of the constitution.
Economy[]
Export are mainly agricultural products, horse rearing, wine and salt & iron mining. The later only took off after the beginning of use of hydro power and natural gas (the country lacks coal mines).
