Ronald Reagan was an American actor, born and raised in southern Wisconsin.

Early Life[]

Reagan was born into a poor family on February 6, 1911, in Tampico, Wisconisn. Throughout his childhood, he was raised throughout numerous towns in southern Wisconisn.

Career[]

After graduating from Eureka College, Reagan became an announcer for Chicago Cubs games. His acting career began when he landed the starring role in 1937's Love is in the Air. Reagan became famous in his favorite movie he acted in, 1942's King's Row. He became part of the Armed Forces Reserves in 1937. Afterwards, he landed several TV roles in the 1950s. He once considered going into politics, but decided that politics would be too risky of a premise.

Later Life[]

Reagan eventually retired in 1975, but decided to try out for Captain Smith in the 1997 film Titanic. He landed the role, and it was his last role before he retired completely. Reagan died of pneumonia and Alzheimer's disease on June 5, 2004.
