Rules (Rise of Red Map Game)

Sign Up Rules

In order for the game to run smoothly, we ask that before you sign up, you make sure that you are compliant with the following rules:

• You should have read the rules in their entirety.
• You should have have read up on the algorithm, and preferably be able to make one.
• You should have Communist and Capitalist flags for your nation, or be able to find or make them.
• You should begin to make your nation page ASAP. This will allow for bonuses to be given out.
• In order to sign up for a primary nation (marked by [X]), you must have at least 1000 edits and a reputation for plausibility, or written permission from the moderator-in-chief.

Tiers

The purpose of the Tiers are to be factored into war algorithms.

Military Tiers

They have a place in the algo.

Naval Tiers

They have a place in the algo of a portside city.

Dissent Tiers

Dissent tiers tell you how fast you can have a revolution and have a place in the algo.

Scores

The scores have a very tiny place in the algo, but help you gain tiers
