The Republic of Santa Cruz ("República de Santa Cruz") is one of the four constituent countries in the Andine Confederation. It shares borders with Brazil to the east, Argentina to the south, and inside the Confederation, Bolivia to the west.

Santa Cruz is the most recent republic of the Andine Confederation due to the economic boom which started in the 1950s, guaranteeing its independence under a referendum in 1982. The republic is formed by four provinces: Andrés Ibáñez, Cordillera, Guarayos, Porto Suárez.
