The Provisional Government of Finnish Socialists, known informally as the Oulu Government, was a Socialist state located in West Finland during the Second Finnish Civil War between 1955 and 1959.
It was led by Ensio Hiitonen and various other members of the now-defunct Finnish Socialist Party (FSP).
According to Post-War plans found in 1984, the FSP planned to annex the Kola Peninsula, as well as Karelia from the Russian Republic.
