Somalia (Somali: Soomaaliya, Arabic: الصومال) officially the Federal Republic of Somalia (Somali: Jamhuuriyadda Federaalka Soomaaliya, Arabic: جمهورية الصومال الفيدرالية) is a country located in the Horn of Africa. It is bordered by Oromia and Eritrea to the west, Kenya to the southwest, the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden to the north and the Indian Ocean to the east.
