Previous - Soviets invade France (CYOAH)

Pavel Oleynikov on January 1, 1941 creates the world's first atomic bomb for the USSR. Joesph Stalin is pleased with his work and plans to drop it on London. Three weeks later a Russian airplane from Norway takes off and flies over London. At 15:00 London time, the atomic bomb is dropped. Within seconds the city is flattened.

With casualties well in the millions, London is completely lost. Thankfully, the King and Neville Chamberlain were not in London that day. As the radiation settles, most of the world mourns the loss of the great city and those who lost their lives to the bomb. The British capital is moved to Liverpool and Albert Einstein ramps up his work on the atomic bomb.

What happens next?

British morale drops and they surrender

British morale rises and they build their own atomic bomb

American and Canadian forces secure the British Isles while allied forces remain fighting the USSR
