The St. Petersberg Accord of 1923 is an official diplomatic treaty between the Kingdom of Denmark-Norway and the Tsardom of Russia. The Accord was created to increase cooperation between Russia and Denmark and to benefit both nations through a transfer of territory and technology.

- Russia will sell licenses to Denmark-Norway to produce Federov Avtomat Rifles, Tachanka Carriages and military aircraft
- Russia will guarantee Denmark-Norway's independence
- Denmark-Norway shall transfer ownership of the Danish Indian Islands to the Tsardom of Russia
- Denmark-Norway and Russia shall enjoy free trade with each other
- Denmark-Norway and Russia will provide economic and military aid to each other in any defensive war
