Starforce were a New Wave and synthpop band formed in the late Elizabethan Era who once described themselves as attempting to be "an electronic version of Abba". They also considered the name "Human League". Their musical style is also somewhat reminiscent of Glam Rock.
One of their early members, Glenn Gregory, went on to form the highly successful Goggly Gogol.
