Super Mario, also known as Super Mario Bros., is a now-resurrected video game franchise created by Nintendo (1889-1995; 2022-present) within the former State of Japan and its successor states. It revolves around Mario and his friends saving various locations, most notably the Mushroom Kingdom, from Bowser and his army. Even after World War III caused its original incarnation's end following the nuclear bombing near Tokyo, it continued to have a lasting legacy even today, and thus remains a very well-known video game franchise among millions of people.
